Mary is the founder and team leader of Mary Roy and Team. Mary was first licensed in 1987 and joined RE/MAX in 1994. On average Mary has sold over 100 homes a year and is ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in Durham and the GTA. Mary also owned and operated her own successful Re/Max Franchise for over 5 years before turning her attention to building the team and focusing 100% of her attention on her clients. Mary has a true passion for people and strives to exceed the expectations of all those around her. One of Mary's greatest beliefs is to “Under-Promise & Over-Deliver” and this is reflected in everything she does. Mary speaks English, Portuguese and Italian!

Ornella has a background in Nursing and was at the top of her field. After 10+ Years she decided to make the switch to pursue real estate. Our Administrative Team
Lindsey is an integral part of our team. She over sees all the day-to-day activities of our amazing Real Estate team. She combines her creativity & systematic approach to keep the team running at its top level of excellence. Lindsey's love for her clients shows in all she does. She professionally acts as a working liaison between our clients and team members as well as lawyers, home inspectors, stagers, photographers, advertising providers and business affiliates. Our clients love to receive feedback on their property on a continual basis and feedback is a key component to our high client satisfaction rate.
Jennifer joins the team with a positive and personable attitude. She combines her love for creativity and client care to provide a lasting impression on anyone she meets. Jennifer believes that providing a personal touch to each interaction is what sets her apart. At the office, Jennifer is responsible for the administrative duties in the office, from booking showings to everyday clerical tasks, ensuring the office is kept organized and up-to-date.
